Atman is a conceptual framework of solutions designed to protect the user from device addiction and assist in their recovery, by cultivating self-awareness as well as enabling healthier alternatives for both productivity management and entertainment.
This is achieved through the unique combination of a cross-platfrom "smartness" management app and companion wearable device, that work together to support the user in their wellbeing journey.
